College Life Movie Night & "Big C" Hike
Event Details: April 16, 2010 @ NCb Lounge
Come out for a good old fashioned night of movie watching and chilling with your College Life family. We’ll be watching Bruce Almighty (Jim Carrey, 2003) and discussing briefly afterward some of the spiritual themes and issues it brings up. We’ll start the movie promptly at 7:30pm.
Bring some snacks to share during the movie if you like.
After that we’re going to head up to the Big C up in the hills, weather permitting. It’s definitely something you should do during your years at Cal, so why not now?!

New Church celebrates Easter!

He is risen indeed! New Church kicked off the festivities with crepes before church on Sunday morning. That was followed by a special Easter service, with a rocking band and a skit by NCKids! acting out the events on that first Easter Sunday, complete with Roman centurions guarding the tomb dressed in their shiny helmets! Matt led the choir with a Keith Green favorite, “Lord I want to Follow”, and the service was followed by lunch together while the kids hunted for eggs. Lots of fun was had by everyone, as we celebrated the risen Lord!
