The old prayer chain idea was good, but we’re trying to update it using Twitter. Here’s how to get involved:
- If you haven’t already, sign up for a free Twitter account.
- If you have a prayer request, send it as a direct message to twitter.com/ncberkeley. That’s in the format of
d ncberkeley prayer-request-text
- As soon as we receive your prayer request, we will re-send it as a ncberkeley retweet, and you’ll be notified in a few seconds.
- If you get text messages on your phone, you can change your Twitter settings to notify you by text message of postings on ncberkeley. (More info.)
- Pray for the requests you receive.
That’s it! If you don’t get text messages on your phone, you can follow ncberkeley on your Twitter account by going to the site directly (go to twitter.com/your-username).
